About Us

About Dawurobo Safe

Dawurobo Safe started as a trust layer for verified businesses and is now expanding into a fuller buyer journey: discovery, storefront shopping, marketplace orders, and clearer order visibility in one place.

Our Mission

Online scams cost Ghanaians millions of cedis every year. People pay for products that never arrive, send money to vendors who disappear, and lose trust in online commerce entirely. We built Dawurobo Safe to change that.

Our mission is to create a verified, transparent commerce layer where discovery and buying both sit on top of real operating data. When you see a business on Dawurobo Safe, and when you buy from that business, the trust story should remain consistent.

We believe that trust is the foundation of commerce. By making business verification accessible and transparent, we are helping to build a stronger, safer digital economy in Ghana.

How We're Different

Unlike traditional directories that rely on self-reported information, Dawurobo Safe is directly integrated with Dawurobo Delivery to provide verification you can actually trust.

Dawurobo Safe is built on top of the Dawurobo Delivery platform. This means we have access to real delivery data, including successful deliveries, cash on delivery transactions, and customer satisfaction metrics. This is not guesswork; it is verified performance data.

Transparent Performance Data

Every listed business shows real metrics: total deliveries completed, cash on delivery acceptance rate, and customer reviews. You can see exactly how a vendor has performed before you decide to buy from them. No hidden information, no inflated numbers.

Cash on Delivery Confidence

Businesses that accept cash on delivery through Dawurobo Delivery demonstrate confidence in their products. When a vendor lets you pay only after you have inspected your item, that tells you they stand behind what they sell.

Our Verification Process

Getting listed on Dawurobo Safe is not as simple as filling out a form. Every business goes through a thorough verification process to ensure our users are protected.

Step 01

Business Application & Identity Check

Vendors submit their business details including registration documents, physical address, and contact information. Our team verifies these details against official records to confirm the business is legitimate and legally operating in Ghana.

Step 02

Dawurobo Delivery Integration

We cross-reference the business against the Dawurobo Delivery platform. Businesses with an active delivery track record, including completed orders, customer feedback, and cash on delivery history, receive higher trust scores.

Step 03

Review & Approval

Our verification team reviews all submitted information, delivery performance data, and any existing customer reviews. Businesses that meet our standards are approved and listed with their full verification details visible to all users.

Step 04

Ongoing Monitoring

Verification does not stop after listing. We continuously monitor delivery performance, customer complaints, and review patterns. Businesses that fail to maintain our standards are flagged, and persistent issues result in delisting.
